Send WhatsApp messages from Pabbly Connect

Trigger a WhatsApp template from WATick whenever something happens in Pabbly Connect.

  1. Create a workflow

    In Pabbly Connect, click Create Workflow and choose your trigger app – for example Facebook Lead Ads, WooCommerce or Google Forms.

  2. Add the "API by Pabbly" action

    Add an action step, choose API (Pabbly) → Execute API Request and set the method to POST.

  3. Paste your WATick API URL

    Copy the Send Template API URL from your WATick panel (Settings → API Access & Webhook) and paste it into Pabbly.

  4. Add your API token

    Add your WATick API token as an Authorization header, exactly as shown in your panel.

  5. Map customer details

    Map the customer phone number (with country code), your template name and the template variables like name or order number from the trigger.

  6. Test and switch on

    Click Save & Send Test Request. When the test WhatsApp arrives, turn the workflow on.

Use the right number formatCountry code + number, no + or leading 0 – for example 917620798265.
Use approved templatesOutside the 24-hour chat window, WhatsApp only allows approved templates.
Message opted-in customersOnly send to people who agreed to hear from you. It keeps your quality rating high.
Test with your own numberRun the workflow once with your number before switching it on for customers.
Keep your token privateStore the API token in the tool’s secure credentials – never in public pages.
Watch for errorsAdd an error path or notification so you know if a message could not be sent.
